Notes:

• Tested with Community Edition, please confirm for Pro and Enterprise
• Assemblies and project templates are targeting .NET 4.5.2.
• Removed the check for OpenGAX in the setup cause it failed. Be aware that you have have to install OpenGAX fromhttps://opengax.codeplex.com/releases first!
